Background : 

Fiji Rugby Warriors 2006

In March 2005 a remarkable international sporting event took place in Hong Kong namely, the International IRB Rugby Sevens World Cup.

With a long history of touring film crews to the FIJI ISLANDS, we approached various organisations to enable us to produce a documentary on how the FIJI RUGBY SEVENS team journeyed to Hong Kong under-funded and without proper training facilities, to compete in this famous event.

The International Rugby Board provided archive footage to the producers and the Fiji Rugby Union their official support for us to develop the project.
